How do I change the Oxygen Sensor on a 1998 Volkswagen Jetta?

I just need a picture or location of the sensor so I can replace it.|||It%26#039;s on the exhaust manifold, it looks kinda like a spark plug. There is one before the catalytic converter, and one after.
