How does one change an Oxygen sensor on a Honda Accord 1999?

is it fairly easy, like changing spark plugs?|||Carefully|||You need a special Oxygen sensor socket. You can get one a about any parts store for around $15-$25. It fits on the end of a ratchet. The OS will unscrew just like a spark plug and usually has one wire attached to it that will unplug near the end of the sensor.

Happy wrenching.|||Unscrew it.|||It depends on which one it is. You have two of them and one is harder to replace than the other. You will need a lift to do it though as they are both in a tight spot and there is wiring involved if you do not by a brand new one.

If you do not have a lot of experience with automobiles then i would highly suggest leaving that to a pro.|||yes, but you may need a special tool to do it. go to advance auto or auto zone to check. and yes, it is like changing a spark plug................|||yes very easy 15/16ths wrench or a special o2sensor socket|||The best advice I can give would be to go to the parts store and buy the book about 1999 Honda Accords. That will tell you step by step. Good Luck.
