Your O2 sensor is going to be located on your headers or right before your catalytic converter. Get under the jeep and look at the headers leading to your motor. You should see a your o2 sensor sticking out and it will kinda look like a spark plug sticking out. It shouldn't be too hard to replace the only thing is you might need a special socket to loosen it without tearing apart the piggyback.

The first responder is correct, it is on the driver's side of the exhaust tube and just before the catalytic converter. I've replaced dozens of these without the need for a special tool, but they do make an O2 socket. You may want to hit the threads with some PB Blaster the day before you want to pull it. In reality there is so much heat in this part of the exhaust that it doesn't usually seize-up too badly. Just use a box-end wrench with another attached to the end for leverage and it'll come out.
