If u havent changed your pcv, oxygen sensor, and fuel filter how can it effect your car?

Well your PCV valve can stick once its old and either cause a vacuum leak or cause the crank case to pressurize (and blowing gaskets), your 02 sensors should only be replaced once they are deemed faulty, as the tell the computer how much fuel to give your engine and an accurate 02 sensor means top fuel mileage. A clogged fuel filter will make your fuel pump work harder and decrease the life of the pump substantially thus making for a very costly repair. Hope this helped.

How far have you driven that car? How long are you talking about?

Pcv valve controls block ventilation, can lead to sludge build up in your oil system. Also acid formation in your oil.

Fuel filter blockage can lead to early fuel pump burn out, and a lean fuel mixture, that leads to detonation and piston damage.

The oxygen sensor is part of the fuel injection feed back system, it tells the computer how much unburned oxygen is in the exhaust stream. The computer uses that info to set the injector pulse width.
