Does anyone know why my 2000 Jeep Wrangler's Check Engine Light is on, but then turns off if the temp changes?

It has been on for a while, but then goes off for a while after a good rain or after the temp warms up a little bit. I checked the diagnostic code and it said it was an oxygen sensor, I changed the sensor but the problem remains. Please don't answer unless you've seen this before and know how to fix it.

I would go to a local autozone or auto parts store that does the diagnostic free. Do a visual isnspection of those littlle hoses around the top of the engine to see if any are corroded. It may be a bad sensor or hose.
