The system is too rich or too lean
Monitor the STFT ( Short Term Fuel Trim ) %26amp; ( Long Term fuel trim )
Once you find out if it's too rich or too lean, you can start looking into those causes.
ie Too Rich .. air filter, excessive fuel pressure, clogged passage in throttle body ( Idle Air Control).
Too Lean.. MAF or MAP, insufficient fuel pressure, dirty fuel injector, contaminated fuel
