What is the easiest way to change the oxygen sensor in a 1992 caddi deville with a 4.9 V8?

Purchase a O2 sensor socket from the parts store. Try to screw it out making sure the socket is turning counter clock ways. It may want to turn only a little and freeze up on you. If so, don't force it. Keep moving it back a forth until it frees up enough to come on out. You need to unplug the harness from the sensor before you try to take it out. The clip that holds it together is easy to break, so make sure you understand how it works before you take it apart, or you will break it. Sometimes it helps to look at the new plug to tell where it comes apart at. Some may have a little black or white pin that locks it in place. If this is the case, remove the pin and then pull it apart. What ever you do, be careful with this plug or you will break it. Follow the directions on installing the new one. There is a cap that covers the end on the new one. This portion of the new one you must not touch with your hands or get any foreign material on it such as grease or it won't work. Apply a very small amount of anti-seeze to the threads only. Another good idea is to clean the connector with electronic cleaner before you connect it back. Good Luck!

Which o2 sensor some cars have as many as four o2 sensors but back in 92 single exhaust car most likely only one if a 7/8 inch wrench can't get the sensor loose back under the brake booster you might have to buy a crow foot wrench and be out as much money as you would have paid for the mechanic to do it.
Pay a mechanic.
LOCATE IT AND GET A O2 SENSOR SOCKET AT YOU PARTS STORE.OR USE A 7/8 OPEN END WRENCH

I DONT THINK THE BOX END WILL WORK.THEN LOCATE THE O2 SENSOR IN THE EXAUST
