Do you need a certain wrench to change an oxygen sensor on a 1989 buick century 3300 engine?

I can get a standard wrench on it , but , there is no room to turn it. please help

Oxygen sensors use a 7/8 standard measurement. A 21 or 22 also fits. I think it's 22 but I'm not sure. There's also sockets they sell for oxygen sensors. They have a slit in them so that the wires wont interfere. Other than that, since your changing the sensor anyway, you can cut the wires off right at the sensor and put a deep, and that would a DEEP socket on there. Make sure you use WD-40 on that because exhaust parts are known for being very brittle and break very easy.

he is right go to the auto parts and ask for a oxigen sensor socket they are about 7 or 8 dollars good luck
