Rear of the catalytic converter(catalyst monitor.bank2,sensor2)...with a open end wrench.Just make sure to put anti-seize lubricant on the new one before you put it in.

Why are you changing it? If its because the sensor pulled up a code, it could be a bad converter also. It is located behind the converter in the exhaust. Double check the signals with a scan tool and double check the heater circuit voltages.
It is on the rear pipe after cat.
